Payments & Refund Policy

Payment gateway integration will be configured by the client. Orders are currently accepted with pending payment status.

Payment

Upon checkout, your order is recorded and our team will contact you to confirm the final quote and payment method. Online payment gateway will be enabled once configured by the client.

Advance & Balance

An advance may be required to confirm your booking date. The remaining balance is typically due before or on the day of the event, as agreed during confirmation.

Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the event date may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the advance, minus processing fees.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the advance due to material and team allocation.
  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Event date changes are subject to team availability. One complimentary reschedule may be offered if requested at least 5 days in advance.
